With over 22 years of experience in start-ups, business growth, and marketing  I bring together professional expertise, lived experience, and a deep passion for inclusion to support projects that truly make a difference—especially for underrepresented individuals and communities.


As a mentor, speaker, advocate, and advisor, I’m driven by the power of inclusive, impactful initiatives to create real change. Over the past 12 years, my journey has led me further into the world of inclusive sport.


I’m proud to be Co-founder and Director of Inclusive United CIC, where we work to challenge the norm and open up opportunities

where they are needed most.

I support individuals, organisations, and community projects through mentoring, strategic guidance, and project management—drawing on over two decades of experience in business growth, marketing, and inclusive sport. Whether it’s launching a new initiative, scaling a programme, or navigating challenges, I bring a hands-on, thoughtful approach to help turn
ideas into impact.

I’m also an active advisor and panel member, offering insight on inclusion, community engagement, and purpose-led growth. I work with charities, CICs, sports organisations, and corporate partners looking to create meaningful change—always with a focus on equity, accessibility, and long-term sustainability.
