Tracy is increasingly utilising both her work and life experiences, knowledge and insight, to support projects that really can make a difference to an individual's life and is currently focussing mostly on 'Inclusive Sport'.
Tracy will often challenge the 'norm' and is currently involved with, and developing some exciting initiatives to benefit
underrepresented individuals and groups in Hertfordshire and across the UK.
Tracy is always keen to connect with like-minded individuals.
Sport for All
Having seen first-hand the difference it makes, Tracy is passionate about creating opportunities for players of all abilities, to play sport and develop.
She has been a champion of inclusive football for over 10 years and is keen to continue to level out the playing field and help raise the profile of pan disability football.
Inclusive.Football
There is a great need for more coaches, volunteers and clubs to get involved and create inclusive football opportunities for all. This directory is currently being developed to show all the existing opportunities across the country for inclusive football.
Sports Marketing
Tracy Light has worked on a number of inclusive sports projects, mainly Inclusive Football. Work includes communications strategies, digital, setting up new community groups and football clubs and raising the profile of existing inclusive sections of grassroots clubs, inclusive sports organisations and charities. Tracy is a Director at Inclusive United Community Interest Company and is working with a fantastic team who are all passionate about levelling up the opportunities in sport for those who are often underrepresented. The current focus of this work is daytime, weekday projects for young adults with learning disabilities and projects for women to take part in football. Football She Wrote
Tracy is one of 20 writers who have written for this fantastic book - Football She Wrote.
The book features 20 pieces, 10 by experienced, commissioned writers and 10 by new writers who were chosen from a strong entry list after submitting their pieces to a competition.
The foreword to the book has been written by Gabby Logan MBE and the front cover bears an endorsement by Alex Scott MBE, describing the book as: “A brilliantly entertaining collection showcasing a wealth of women’s voices.”
